The business was formed in 1974 by D Prys Jones and EJ Booth as Valuers, Estate Agents and Auctioneers, in the market town of Abergele.
The business has successfully traded since then and now provides estate agency services in the Conwy and Denbighshire area and valuation and survey services across the whole of North Wales.

Iwan has been a Chartered Surveyor for over 35 years working for companies such as the Welsh Development Agency, Denbighshire County Council and a range of other public bodies and businesses. Iwan is a surveyor and valuer with considerable experience in residential, commercial and heritage property.
Outside work he enjoys rugby and other sports and is a keen hillwalker and hiker. Iwan is a fluent Welsh speaker and can provide a full service in Welsh or English.
Tomos Coathup
Sales Manager
Tomos Coathup brings a decade of experience in property sales within the Abergele and surrounding areas.
Currently serving as Sales Manager and Trainee Surveyor, Tomos has developed a solid understanding of the local real estate landscape, building strong relationships and achieving notable results.
While he continues to grow professionally, Tomos enjoys rugby, indoor climbing, and cooking in his personal time. With a balanced approach to work and life, Tomos is committed to providing exceptional service with a friendly demeanour.
Chris Thomas
Senior Valuer
I joined the company in July 2025 having worked as an estate agent in the Conwy Valley and on the coast for the past 23 years. I have acquired a vast amount of knowledge in the property market and still cover all areas from Abergele to the Conwy Valley.
Previously a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and The National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers I have had a long career in valuing property for selling purposes.
I love my job and in my spare time I enjoy socialising, travelling and going to the cinema.
Rhydian Prys Jones
Sales Negotiator
I have been employed with Prys Jones & Booth since leaving university in 2021. I work full time as a sales negotiator. I enjoy meeting people and helping them find their dream home. I am currently studying for higher qualifications within the estate agency business.
In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends and walking in the beautiful Welsh countryside.
Julie Jones
Sales Negotiator
I joined Prys Jones & Booth in September 2024. I have working within estate agency & the mortgage industry for almost 40 years.
I just love property which probably explains why I have moved house so often myself! I work part -time as a sales negotiator and love trying to find the right home for people and securing a sale on their property enabling them to move on with their dreams.
In my spare time I run an adults Modern Jive dance class with my husband weekly, watch crime drama’s and love spending time with my grandchildren and family.
Carol Williams
Administration Officer
I have worked for Prys Jones & Booth since 2002 holding various roles over the years. Now, alongside estate agency admin I am mainly involved with the admin within the surveying and professional reports department.
Away from work I relax by going to the theatre and line dancing.
