Home Survey and Property Inspection
We carry out RICS Approved Home Surveys to Level 2 standards. These are designed to provide a prospective purchaser with basic information in a standardised format.
The report will include details of the general condition and form of construction, any significant factors which might influence or affect value. We can provide reports either with or without a Market Valuation and a Valuation for insurance purposes.

We aim to give you professional advice that will
- Enable you to make a reasoned and informed decision whether to go ahead with buying the property
- Consider any repairs or replacements the property needs
- Consider what further advice you should take before committing to purchasing the property
The inspection is limited to those parts of the building that can be reached safely and easily although does not include an examination of inaccessible parts of the building or any testing of services. Key defects will be identified although it is important to appreciate that the surveyor is not required to advise on repair or to comment on any fault in detail. The report is designed for most residential dwellings but it not suitable for those which have been converted, extended, altered, or are listed buildings or buildings of special interest.
For more specialist properties, we also provide condition reports on property that include a photographic record of the condition of the property at the time of inspection as well as a report on the condition of the property, and ant repairs or defects that need repair.
